Shipping Policy

We're working to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Estimated delivery in 7–14 business days, often sooner. 

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Orders ship to the address provided at checkout. If an address is entered incorrectly and the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply. If a package is delivered to an incorrect address and cannot be recovered and returned in original condition, we may be unable to issue a refund or send a replacement. In that case, a new order would be required at the customer’s expense.

Domestic Shipping:

Please allow a minimum of 2-3 business days to process your order. We do not ship orders on weekends. Holidays and high volume events may increase processing and fulfillment time.

Dream & Sparkle is not liable for any stolen packages, so please ensure your package has every opportunity to be received securely. 

International Shipping:

We do not offer international shipping or returns at this time, but are considering this for the future.

Free Shipping:

Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on U.S. orders of $100+ (gift cards excluded). Orders under $100 ship at calculated rates shown at checkout. For further information, please see our FAQ section here 

Gift Cards:

Our gift cards are digital, they are delivered by email upon purchase.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from purchase to request a return.

Return eligibility:

Item must be in the same, original condition that you received it in, unworn, unused, unwashed, unstained, free of pet fur, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please note that return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. We strongly advise keeping your proof of postage for carrier reference.

    We do not have control over shipping carriers, therefore are not responsible for delays or losses. However, if you have done everything you can to resolve the issue with the carrier and help is still needed, please reach out, we will do all that we possibly can to assist.

    We hope you love your order, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we do accept eligible returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase date.

    Please note that returns or exchanges outside the 30 day return window will not be accepted, refunded or mailed back.

    Size Change

    Please email us here with your order number and the new size you would like or you can return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a purchase for the new item.

    Note that shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping.

    Received the Wrong Item

    Please email us here with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item you received and we'll resolve the situation. 

    Received a Defective Item

    Please email us here with your order number and a photo of the defective item you received and we'll resolve the situation. 

     

    Ineligible Returns & Exchanges:

    The item has been worn or washed.

    The item has been altered in any way.

    The item does not have the original tags on it.

    Sale items  & Gift Card's cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

    Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment method. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with our policies.
