Please ensure the correct shipping address has been entered, this is very important, as any returned packages will be subject to an additional shipping fee. Packages that have been shipped due to an incorrectly entered address, that the customer is not able to retrieve and return in its original condition and packaging, will not be able to be refunded and a replacement order will not be able to be sent out [without a whole new order being placed with the corrected address, at the expense of the customer, as we have no way to retrieve the item(s) sent to an incorrect address]. We want to ensure you do not have any extra expense and this does not happen to you, so please be extra careful and ensure you have entered the correct shipping address before completing your order. Domestic Shipping:

Packages may take up to 14 business days to arrive after the package has been shipped. 

Please allow a minimum of 2-3 business days to process your order. We do not ship orders on weekends. Holidays and high volume events may increase processing and fulfillment time.

Dream & Sparkle is not liable for any stolen packages, so please ensure your package has every opportunity to be received securely.
