What materials are used to create your apparel?
Our apparel is made from high-quality, 100% airlume combed and ringspun cotton, or in some cases, a cotton/poly blend. Each product listing contains details on the materials for each item.
Do you offer apparel for both men and women?
Yes! We have a wide selection for both men and women. Our unisex sizing typically allows for a relaxed, comfortable fit. If you prefer a more fitted style, we recommend sizing down, if the apparel you want to purchase has a recommendation for it.
Do you offer customization or personalization options for your products?
If there is something specific you'd like designed and produced, please reach out to us here. We'll be happy to review the options with you. We love to receive your feedback, so please feel comfortable sharing with us what it is that you would like to see more of in the store.
Are your clothes suitable for indoors and outdoors?
Our apparel is designed to be versatile and suitable for both indoor and outdoor wear, and can be worn year-round.
How should I wash my apparel?
We recommend you follow the care instructions included on the product label.
Are there any reviews for your apparel?

What is a Dream & Sparkle story?

Are there any discounts or promotions available?
We offer free shipping for all U.S. orders over $125. In addition, when you become an email subscriber, you will receive 15% off your first order, and can be eligible for other exclusive and special offers.
Do you offer Gift Cards?
Yes! We offer digital Gift Cards of $25, $50, $75, $100, $200, $300, $400, $800, and $1200. Our gift cards are the ideal, perfect gift for anyone in your life and you can order the cards on our Gift Card page under the SHOP menu!
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! As mentioned above, we offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $125 (excludes gift cards as they are a cash value and do not ship). If the shipping cost hasn't been removed from your order, double-check that the subtotal of your order (before taxes) has reached the $125 minimum and you have not included any gift card values in your order (for example, if you have $100 of products in your cart and a $50 Gift Card, you will still need to add a minimum product value of at least $25 before taxes to your order to receive free shipping, since gift card values and taxes are not included in the offer). Additionally, if you're using a discount code, your subtotal must be $125 minimum after the discount has been applied (not before), so be sure to check that as well.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days from purchase for a complete refund on the product. Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping. Review the refund policy here.
Can I track the status of my order?
Yes, you can easily track the status of your order through the tracking number provided to you via email once your item ships. If you cannot find your tracking number, or if you have any questions about its status, please contact us here.
How long will it take to receive my item?
We custom produce each order as it is received to ensure premium quality and to protect the environment —creating less waste than conventional manufacturing. You can expect your order to arrive in 7-14 business days. You will receive your tracking number once the order is shipped, which will enable you to track its progress.
What is your policy on lost or damaged shipments?
Your satisfaction is our priority. In the rare event of a lost or damaged shipment, please contact our customer support team here immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
I ordered the wrong size, color, or item. Can I still change this?
Yes, but you'll need to be quick. Once your order goes into production, unfortunately we cannot change it anymore. If you need a change of size, color, or item, contact our support team ASAP here. Make sure to provide your name and order number.
I made a mistake on the shipping address. Can I change it?
As long as your item has not already shipped, we can still change this for you. Please email us the correct address and your order number here and we'll take care of it for you.
I changed my mind. Can I still cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order hasn't already gone into production. Please email us here with subject line "Cancel Request (your order number)" and we'll take care of it for you.
How do I find the sizing for an item?
Please refer to the size chart on the product page for general measurements. If you still need assistance, please email us for any additional help.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on the items ordered but generally most orders will take between 2-4 business days to fulfill plus the standard shipping time for delivery. For current standard shipping times please visit our Shipping Info page.
Note that once your order is shipped then it is out of our hands. We do not have any control over carrier (i.e. USPS or other) related shipping delays and are unable to offer refunds for delays.
Do you ship outside of the USA?
Yes we do. Please see our Shipping Info page for information on international shipping.
Where is my order now?
Once your order has shipped out you will receive an email from us with the tracking number for your item. It may take up to one business day for the carrier to start showing tracking information on their site.
I only received part of my order. Where's the rest of it?
We have multiple production facilities so when you order more than one item, they may be shipped separately. As a result, you may receive one item sooner than other item(s) in your order. So, no need to worry, the other item(s) are on the way!
I can't complete my purchase or am getting an error. What do I do?

How do I apply my discount code or gift card?
You can add your discount code or gift card to your order on the checkout page, right where you enter your payment information. If you're on a computer, you’ll see a panel on the right side of the screen with a field that says, "Enter Gift Card or Discount Code."
If you're on your phone, click "see order details” at the top of your screen and enter your code in the space provided.
You can only use one discount code per order.
